1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Foreclosure Feed ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

Foreclosure Feed provides Michigan foreclosure property data and analytics for real estate investors and professionals. The Service aggregates publicly available foreclosure data and presents it in a searchable, filterable format with subscription-based access tiers.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

All subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided.

5. Free Trials & Promotional Codes

From time to time, we may offer free trial periods or promotional codes. Trials are limited to one per user. We reserve the right to revoke promotional codes at any time and to limit the duration or availability of free trials.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of QuickFix LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Foreclosure Feed aggregates data from public records and third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any data provided through the Service. Property status, auction dates, and legal descriptions may change without notice. You should independently verify all information before making investment decisions.

In no event shall QuickFix LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
